We will not just show you Regency Real Estate listings.  We can show you ANY property currently for sale in the area...including homes listed by other real estate companies, for sale by owner listings, and new home developments.  Since we have access access to the Multiple Listing Service, you can be assured that you will be made aware of every available home.  We are committed to helping you find the best home at a price you can afford.  Therefore, it is important that you be candid with us about your wants and needs, as well as your financial capabilities.

Once you have selected your dream home, we will sit down together and write your offer.  We will then present your offer to the seller, or their agent, to begin the negotiation process. Once your offer has been accepted, we will open escrow.  We will be there to guide you through the entire process.  During escrow, we will be monitoring everything!

This is very important!  It adds credibility when we present your offer, and lets you know what your purchasing power is.  This ensures that you are are not looking at homes above your comfort level.  This process eliminates disappointment later.

  2. Together we will outline all of your wants and needs.  This gives us the information needed to start looking for your dream home. What is important to you is vitally important to us in researching the available homes.

  3. Our Multiple Listing Service membership will help us to locate homes that appear to suit your needs.  We will then personally preview these homes, selecting only those properties that truly fulfill your requirements.

  4. The next step will be to show you the homes which have been personally selected for you.  Your feedback during this process is very important!

  5. Once you have selected your dream home, we will sit down together and write your offer.  We will then begin the negotiation process.  Once your offer has been accepted, we will open escrow.  We will be there during escrow to guide you and monitor everything!"
